Graduation applications for the Summer 2016 term are due no later than 6 p.m. on May 16, 2016. A late application fee will apply after this date. There is a $85 fee due with your application. Applications received from May 17th through May 30th will be assessed a $100.00 late fee. Applications WILL NOT be accepted after May 30th.
Complete your graduation application online via myFranklin . Simply click on the myTools link under your Shortcuts tab to access your graduation application. Please note that if your application is denied or you do not graduate this term, you will be responsible for reapplying for graduation and paying applicable fees in the next term you are eligible. Outstanding balances: All outstanding balances must be paid in full by July 8th in order to pick up your regalia and participate in the Commencement ceremony. However, all payments by check must be submitted no later than June 24th.
- Franklin will not issue diplomas or transcripts to students with unpaid balances.
Students with Deferred Tuition: If you are on the Deferred Tuition Payment Plan, any outstanding tuition balance is due in advance of the normal deferred payment date. There is no extension allowed as in other trimesters.
Preliminary Degree Audit: You will receive an email from your Academic Advisor confirming the status of completion toward your degree requirements.
